In the law of tort there is a basic premise.
WHERE THERE IS A WRONG, THERE IS A REMEDY.
In Latin, UBI INJURA, IBI REMEDIUM.
This is a client-focused plaintiff’s practice representing people who have been seriously injured as a result of the fault of another. The object of this office is to right these civil wrongs.
I have a highly selective and small grouping of active and in suit cases, the majority of which have been referred to this office by fellow lawyers or former satisfied clients. Attorney referrals are welcome and referral fees are paid pursuant to R. 1:39-6(D).
Select civil cases from the public are welcome and accepted after consultation and any necessary investigation into the facts of that particular case.
I limit the number of new cases I accept and handle to assure that my clients have my undivided attention
and to assure that I am always available to address each client’s individual needs and concerns as necessary, as they occur.
With over thirty-five years of civil trial experience representing both people who have been injured and people who have been accused of injuring others, I offer my clients both practical guidance and definitive advice as their case proceeds, and powerful advocacy throughout the duration of the case through conclusion.
Consultations are encouraged, always without cost, and for as long as necessary. I believe that it is essential that my clients stay close and maintain regular contact with me throughout the duration of their case. Client consultations and meetings are scheduled to be either in person or by telephone, and at mutually convenient times and locations. Upon request I often travel to my client’s homes for necessary meetings.
My focus is always, DO WHAT IS BEST FOR THE CLIENT.
Accepted cases are billed on either a contingency fee or hourly basis, pursuant to Court rule, and paid at the conclusion of the case from the recovered case proceeds. File costs are paid, again at the clients election, either as incurred or from the case proceeds at the conclusion of the matter, pursuant to Court rule.
If you are an attorney and have a plaintiff’s case which you are considering referring to a certified civil trial attorney, please feel free to either call or email to schedule a meeting to discuss the matter.
If you or a loved one has been seriously injured because of the fault of another and would like to discuss the matter with me, please do not hesitate to call to schedule a confidential consultation.
